Long Replacement Black Handle with Chrome Arm Assembly
Entire long cutting arm assembly with chrome C-shaped metal bar and black handle. For older Prodyne slicer models. Includes long chrome cutting arm (C-shaped metal bar), black plastic handle with aluminum dowel, long cutting wire, and set screw.
Recommended configuration for cheese slicer board for installation (wood or stone):
1/4 inch hole drilled parallel to cutting surface, 1/4 inch from surface, 3-1/4 inches deep
3/32 inch wide cutting groove cut 3 inches from edge, 5/8 inch deep in back, 1/16 inch deep in front
